This policy explains how Edwin Incorporation handles your information when you use AI Removal by Delhi Crest.

What we collect

• Account details: name, e-mail, mobile number, and billing details such as company, GSTIN, state and address.
• Documents you upload and the results we create.
• Payment records. Card and UPI details are handled by Razorpay, and we never see or store them.
• Basic usage logs, such as words used and login times.

How we use it

• To check and convert your documents, keep your balance, issue invoices and give support.
• To send service e-mails, for example password-reset codes and invoices.
• We add new sign-ups to our customer-management system so our team can help you.

Your documents

Uploaded files and results are deleted automatically after 30 days. Your documents are not added to our plagiarism-matching repository and are not shared with other users. When the best-quality engine is used, the text being rewritten is sent to our AI provider only to produce the rewrite.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers we need: hosting, payments (Razorpay), e-mail, CRM and the AI provider. We also share it when the law requires.

Security and retention

Passwords are stored as one-way hashes, and connections are encrypted. We keep account and invoice records for as long as the law requires.
