1. The service

The service checks documents for writing that looks machine-generated and for text that matches other sources, and offers rewritten versions. All scores are automated estimates. We do not guarantee any particular result in any third-party checker, journal or institution.

2. Your responsibilities

• Upload only documents you have the right to use.
• Use the service to improve your own writing. Cite the sources you rely on, including any the service shows you.
• Follow the academic-integrity rules of your university, journal or employer. You are responsible for how you use the output.
• Do not misuse the service, resell access without permission, or try to break its security.

3. Accounts and plans

Plans, word allowances and prices are shown on the pricing page and may change for future purchases. Purchased words are added to your balance. A plan's extra features last until its validity date. Team members use the owner's balance.

4. Payments and taxes

Prices are in Indian rupees and exclude GST, which is added at checkout. Payments are processed by Razorpay. A GST invoice is issued for every payment.

5. Your content

You keep all rights to your documents. We process them only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy policy.

6. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

7. Termination

We may suspend accounts that break these terms. You can stop using the service at any time.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at New Delhi have jurisdiction.
